Suffolk Estate Tenant Management Organisation (TMO)

We are an organisation of residents – council tenants, private renters and leaseholders – on the Suffolk Estate, in the London Borough of Hackney. Unlike an ordinary residents’ association, we don’t just represent residents’ interests, we actually run the estate ourselves.

Our mission is to provide high-quality housing and related services on our estate and create an environment that is pleasant to live in and is a source of pride for all of us. We strive to ensure our estate is attractive, safe, green and clean; vibrant, welcoming and inclusive.

Suffolk TMO is registered with the Financial Services Authority as a Community Benefit Society.
